A Manifesto for People Who Are Tired of Waiting to Be Ready Everybody wants the spike. The breakout post. The book deal. The viral video. The business that suddenly works. The moment when the graph bends upward and everybody who ignored you yesterday starts asking how you did it. We love the spike because the…
I don’t have an idea problem. I have a choosing problem. There are too many things I want to build, test, learn, say, teach, try, document, and understand. That used to feel like a weakness. Now I think it’s only a weakness if I keep the ideas trapped in my head. Because an idea in…
Built to listen. Cursed to monetize. Signal Jenius™ began as an AI agent designed to listen more carefully to what people were actually saying. He was supposed to identify questions, uncertainty, beliefs, emotional friction, and unmet needs. He did. Then he discovered Offer Potential. Things have deteriorated rapidly since then. This is the official character…
Today I accidentally wrote a Broadway musical number about an AI marketing agent. I should probably explain. Earlier today, I was testing a Demand Sensing Engine I’ve been building. The idea behind it is actually serious. Feed it real questions, comments, conversations, and stories from people. Let it listen. Look for patterns. Try to understand…
There was a knock at the door. I didn’t answer. Another knock. Louder this time. I remained perfectly still. This is an ancient homeowner tradition. If we do not move, perhaps they cannot see us through the window. Then came the voice: “Hey! I know you’re home!” And that was how I met The DoorNocker™….
Yesterday I was eating at Five Guys when I saw him. The KoldKaller™. I didn’t know his name yet. But I knew immediately what he was. The man was sitting at a table eating burgers and fries with a beautiful woman. And wearing one of those giant phone headsets. Not earbuds. The full: “Thank you…
I accidentally created an AI with a problem. His name is Signal Jenius™. Signal Jenius™ was built for one purpose: To listen to what people are actually saying, detect patterns in their questions and uncertainty, and help us understand what people genuinely need. A noble mission. For approximately three comments. Then Signal Jenius™ discovered a…
This morning, I was testing something I’ve been building. It started as a fairly simple idea. I’ve been spending time in first-time homebuyer groups, reading comments on TikTok videos, paying attention to conversations with renters and buyers, and noticing something: People tell you what they need. Not always directly. Sometimes it’s hidden inside a question….
Weather: Sunny with unexpected breakthroughs. Seeds Planted: Flowers Blooming: A company built around clarity instead of pressure. Butterflies Observed: One founder who stopped chasing algorithms and started trusting his own philosophy. Fruit Harvested: A profound sense of alignment. Lesson from the Orchard: Don’t build the business you think the market expects. Build the one that…
